Office Services Supervisor-Fac

Preferred Qualifications





Responsible for managing all Oracle share locations.Performs lease administration; working closely with Real Estate Finance andoutside legal counsel. Negotiates space, prepares funding approval, andfacilitate personnel moves into executive suites or business centers.

As the supervisor of office services you will interface with other Oraclemanagers, staff, and external customers/vendors overseeing lease negotiation,lease terms, rent commencement, capture and processing of monthly expenses.Maintain lease documentation and coordinate multi-site moves. Responsible forspace management, rent checks, variable payments, PO management, fundingapprovals, and overall site expenses. Function as team lead regarding propertymanager enhancement requests.


 

Coordinates the daily activities of a workgroup, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Providestechnical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does nothave hire/fire authority. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity withemail and MS Office applications is essential. Willing to function as afterhours contact for facilities emergencies and be accessible via phone or pager.Prior facilities management or assistant property management experience. andBA/BS degree or equivalent
