Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling all inbound Customer Care calls received on their extension within the department.  The Customer Care Representative is responsible for assisting callers with all requests, including complaints, status of authorization’s, claims status, payment questions, directing callers to appropriate departments as required, assisting members with Health Plan issues, and the related documentation of all such activity. 
 
Required Experience/Skills:
Years of experience 1-2 years plus

Education:
High School or equivalent
